Headquarters: Remote • Anywhere About Upsun Upsun is the cloud application platform humans and robots love. It’s built for hybrid teams, where AI agents write and test code and people focus on the problems that really matter. Developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams use Upsun to build, ship, and scale with confidence, without wrestling with backend infrastructure. Upsun Dispatch, our newest offering, brings that same idea to the whole team. It’s the platform for governed collaboration between AI agents and cross-functional humans. Agents handle the volume in isolated sandboxes. People make the decisions that matter, with every approval and every cost on the record. We give you your time back. You get: • Predictable performance, even at scale • Secure, compliant environments by default • Real-time observability and profiling built in • Cloning, configuration, and provisioning in seconds • AI-ready features that plug directly into your stack The name says it all. “Up” stands for uptime, reliability, and acceleration. “Sun” reflects our follow-the-sun support: a 24x7, globally distributed team keeping the lights on while you rest. We believe software should power brighter solutions and greater innovation. Upsunners are a remote, global team, and we thrive in a multicultural one. We’re committed to open source and an open, welcoming environment, and our people span the whole experience spectrum. What ties us together is curiosity, a thirst for knowledge, and an eagerness for new ideas and cultures. We believe we can build anything together when the environment frees you to do your best work. Our values: We make a positive impact. We aim for the stars.
As Director, PLG, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and commercial success of Upsun’s product-led revenue engine. Upsun is expanding its portfolio with Upsun Dispatch, a strategic new offer that joins Upsun Cloud, and this role will turn that expansion into measurable growth.

•
Dual-funnel experience: Running both self-serve funnels (PLG) and enterprise sales handoffs (PLS).
•
Platform background: Cloud infrastructure, PaaS, DevOps, or developer platforms.
