About the role

Key Responsibilities

•
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

•
Support HR projects and initiatives such as performance management cycles training activities and employee engagement programs.

•
Ensure full compliance with French labor legislation and internal HR standards.

•
Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding including posting job ads screening CVs coordinating interviews and preparing new hire documentation.

•
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies procedures and benefits.

•
Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to identify trends and propose improvements.

•
Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative processes.

Qualifications & Experience

•
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

•
Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR generalist or specialist role ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
