PLANT MANAGER / FACTORY DIRECTOR – TANGIER

Luxe Talent , International recruitment consultancy is currently looking for a professional and talented Plant Manager / Factory Director to join an industrial company based in Tangier, Morocco .

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and structuring the overall management of one or two industrial plants , overseeing teams of between 200 and 500+ employees , while actively contributing to process implementation, organisational improvement and the development of the local team.

• Planning and coordinating production , including capacity planning and line balancing to optimise resources and productivity.
• Monitoring operational efficiency and production performance , ensuring compliance with established quality standards and targets .
• Implementing and consolidating processes, procedures and working systems.
• Improving plant efficiency, productivity and operational performance.
• Establishing and monitoring operational and production KPIs.
• Coordinating cross-functional activities with the warehouse, Purchasing/Sourcing and Product Development teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Leading the implementation and management of a new AI-powered ERP/MRP system , ensuring its effective adoption across the organisation.
• Developing and implementing operational systems and workflows to structure and optimise the plant's day-to-day activities.
• Training and developing the local workforce , ensuring teams are properly equipped to follow the new processes, systems and working standards.
