Job Summary

The Power BI Reporting & Data Analyst role is part of Swissport Business Services in Casablanca, Morocco. The role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting Finance process performance data in Power BI to derive process optimization measures. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analytics & reporting tools (Power BI), and a keen understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Job Responsibilities:

Data Collection, Transformation & Quality Assurance
Gather, clean, and transform business process data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.Develop automated data validation and ETL processes to streamline data preparation.Utilize Power Query, DAX, and SQL to enhance data modeling and optimize report performance.Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies using statistical techniques.Ensure data integrity by implementing governance policies and best practices for structured data management.
Power BI Reporting & KPI Monitoring
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to track KPIs, SLAs, and business performance.Implement dynamic visualizations with drill-through and interactive capabilities for deeper insights.Automate data refreshes and performance monitoring to enable real-time reporting.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.Perform root cause analysis on performance fluctuations, leveraging historical data trends.
