Headquarters: United States URL: https://thatch.com/ About the role For most people, health insurance happens to them: a plan chosen by someone else, with little room to fit their life. Thatch is changing that. We help companies give employees a healthcare budget instead of a one-size-fits-all plan, so people can choose the coverage and care that works for them while employers get predictable costs. It's a simple idea, but making it real means solving hard problems across healthcare, payments, and technology. We're just getting started. We look for people who use good judgment, take ownership, and care deeply about building something that matters. Design is central to what makes Thatch stand out. We're building a brand that sets a new standard for healthcare. We're a small, collaborative team with high standards for craft, bold creative thinking, and a shared ambition to make something complex feel remarkably simple. We're looking for a Brand Designer to help shape Thatch's next chapter. We've built a product people love, and now we're ready to bring that same ambition to our visual identity. You'll develop creative concepts and bring them to life across web, campaigns, events, print, and more, helping define how people see and experience Thatch. What you'll do • Shape and evolve Thatch's visual identity, building a distinctive, cohesive brand across every touchpoint. • Develop and execute creative concepts across our website, campaigns, digital content, events, print, and more. • Own design projects end to end, from early exploration and creative direction through production and launch. • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Design to translate business goals and complex ideas into compelling creative work. • Present and advocate for your ideas, incorporating feedback while maintaining a high bar for craft and consistency.
