Job Description

Location : Rabat Technopolis Tech Center

To develop the trim cover to the customers Design Intent, STO, aligned to the program cost, timing and given Plant feasibility. Work closely with the Trim Engineer and JIT team, support internal customer reviews, verify trim content aligns to Master Pattern drawing and BOM’s. guarantee that the product is complaint, innovative (where required), robust and feasible for production assembly and methods.

• Provide new and updated technical package: Accumark files / DXFs/report / drawings
• Report to the Section Leader, ensuring Safe Working Practices.
• Support the team with all Accumark - PDS, CATIA/NX duties.
• Provide the Team all the needed digitalizing and plotting of the patterns
• Ensure that the package created and shared are made within corporate standards.
• Feedback any feasibility concerns with patterns, data.
• Respect the timelines
• Carry out 5s audits

Experience Requirements

• Bac + 2 technical degree
• Good knowledge of the sewing & Trimming process
• Expert in using different sewing machines, joining, twining, decking and piping
